Free standard shipping on every U.S. order — no minimum. Processing takes 3–5 business days and begins once you approve your design proof. Transit takes a further 7–15 business days, so most orders arrive within 10–20 business days in total. Every order ships with tracking. Warranty, Returns & Refunds
Your sign carries a 24-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. Accessories — the dimmer, remote and power adapter — are covered for 6 months; mounting hardware is not covered.
Because each piece is made to your approved design, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. If your sign arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, keeping the outer carton and packing materials. We resolve verified claims in three steps: we ship a replacement part free where that fixes the fault, produce a replacement sign where it doesn't, or issue a full refund where neither is practical. We cover return shipping on approved claims.

Will I see my design before it's made?
Yes. We email a digital design proof within 24 hours of your order. Review your spelling, font, color and size, then approve it — or reply with changes and we'll send a revised version. Production begins only after you approve, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before then.
What size should I choose?
The number on every size is the width of your sign on the wall, from 12 to 71 inches. Longer text needs a bigger sign to stay legible, because the same words spread across more space. Our size guide shows each size next to everyday objects and gives room-by-room guidance, and we confirm your exact finished width and height on your design proof before anything is built.
Can I use my sign outdoors?
Our LED neon signs are made for indoor use and for covered outdoor areas that are sheltered from rain and standing water, such as a porch, patio or covered terrace. They are water-resistant, not waterproof. Your warranty stays valid in a covered outdoor installation. Please avoid uncovered locations and direct water spray.
How long does production and delivery take?
Processing takes 3–5 business days and starts once you approve your design proof. Transit adds 7–15 business days, so most U.S. orders arrive within 10–20 business days in total, with tracking throughout.
What affects the price of a custom neon sign?
Price is set mainly by the size you choose, from 12 to 71 inches. Longer text and larger signs use more LED neon, so they cost more. The designer above updates the price as you choose your size. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, and U.S. shipping is free with no minimum.
Do custom neon signs use a lot of electricity?
No. LED neon runs on low voltage and draws very little power, so it is inexpensive to leave on for long periods.
How do I install my neon sign?

Can I use my own logo or a special design?
Yes. Switch to the "Logo" tab in the designer to upload your artwork, or contact us for a custom shape. Please only submit artwork, logos or text that you own or have permission to use.
Can I return a custom sign?
Because every sign is made to the design you approve, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If your sign arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll put it right with a replacement part, a replacement sign, or a full refund — return shipping covered.
