Returns
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged product or manufacturing defect. If the product arrives damaged, whether in transit or from a defect, we offer a full refund or an exchange. Send us a message or an email and we will respond within 8 – 12 hours.
- Product lost in transit. If the product does not arrive because it is lost in transit, we reship it. The only condition is that the delivery address given was correct.
